Finalize Acceptance into Academic Program
Future Southeast Tech students must be officially accepted into an academic program to be eligible to apply for Southeast Tech 住房.

The application window for STC 住房 is 1月. 2024年1月1日至2月1日. 28, 2024.

住房选择
Students will be selected for 2024年秋季 住房 2024年3月1日至10日. Preference will be given to students currently residing in 住房 who are in good 站.

Complete 住房 Contract and Pay Deposit
Contracts will be sent to selected students the week of 2024年3月17日. They must be returned by 2024年4月1日.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is due by 2024年4月1日. Of that total, $150 is a housing deposit that will be applied to rent. 剩下的 $350 is a damage deposit that can be recouped upon moving out of STC 住房 if there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear of the unit.

Complete Roommate Matching Survey
Placed students will be provided a link to roommate matching software by 2024年4月15日. When complete, students will be notified about their placements and roommates by 2024年5月20日.

Students not selected in the lottery will be notified of their waitlist status and placement the week of 2024年3月17日. Should a slot become available in 住房, waitlisted students will be contacted with an offer. Rental amounts are prorated based on move-in 日期.
Important Dates and Deadlines:
- 1月. 1, 2024: The application window opens for housing for the 2024年秋季 semester.
- 2月. 28, 2024: 住房 application window closes.
- 2024年3月1日至10日: Students randomly selected for housing placement.
- Week of 2024年3月17日: Contracts sent to students.
- 2024年4月1日: Contracts due back to STC, and $500 deposit due.
- 2024年4月15日: Roommate matching begins.
- 2024年5月6日: Building, apartment and bedroom assignments finalized.
- 2024年5月13日: Students notified of placements and roommates.
- 2024年7月中旬,: Move-in times scheduled.
- 2024年8月11日: 入学一周.
